Peter Petrelli is played by Milo Ventimiglia in the hit TV series "Heroes". The role of Peter Petrelli is pivotal to the show. Heroes is an ensemble show, and each of the characters are given their own importance as the complex plot develops, but what is clear from the beginning of Season One is that Peter Petrelli has a central position in the story connectiing many of the characters and meeting almost all of them as the story develops over three seasons.

The Petrelli clan consists of Peter Petrelli his older brother Nathan Petrelli, the flying politician and his mother the surprisingly ruthless and sinister Angele Petrelli. His father not seen in Season one was/is (you never know in Heroes) a shadowy lawyer who worked with the even more mysterious Mr Lindeman.

Peter possesses the ability to mimic the abilities of others, he becomes indestructable after meeting Claire, he can fly after he spends time with his brother. Like many of the "Heroes" Peter is influenced by his incredible power and it is touch and go as to whether he is on the good or bad side as the plot develops. 

Milo Ventimiglia was born in Anaheim California on the 8th of July 1977. He has already built up huge body of wwork and has been a fixture on US prime time TV for well over a decade. Appearing in shows like The Gilmore Girls, CSI, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Sabrina the Teenage Witch,  Despite dating some of Hollywoods most beautiful women, including his Heroes co-star Hayden Panatierre who plays Claire Bennet, Milo Ventemiglia remains single. So girls you are still in with a chance. To give you an idea of what he is like  here is a quote "I'm a homebody, I'd rather be in the kichen cooking than hanging out in a bar."  Sounds almost to good to be true. He lives in los Angeles and enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding and wake boarding. He also has a passion for restoring vintage muscle cars.
