I bought HEROES season 2, the full DVD set, when I start watching it, I reached to DISK 3, and unfortunatily the DISC seams damaged although it is brand new, anyone have an idea, on how can i get a replacement for this manufacture defect?

i think you have to go back to the retailer with proof of purchase and they will exchange the product.
