Debrah Farentino - Beverly Barlowe

A-town-called-eureka--81_product

Actress Debrah Farentino plays Eureka's own psychotherapist Beverly Barlowe, and a creative scientific hot bed like Eureka definitely needs her services. Beverly Barlowe does not only work with the good citizens of Eureka, her clientele also includes high profile diplomats, titans of industry and Presidents. From the very beginning of the series we are shown in no uncertain terms that Beverly Barlowe is not one of the good guys when she murders and innocent patient who may have seen or heard too much. She works with a shadowy extra legal organisation which calls itself "The Consortium" and which is desperate to get it's hands on the secrets of "The Artifact" hidden deep down on level 5 at Global HQ.

Beverly Barlowe is a thoroughly bad sort, ready to use her skill as a psychoanylist, and her powerful sexual attraction to get whatever she wants, she will cheat, murder and lie to get what she needs. Will she be caught, possibly, will this make any differance to her probably not.

Debrah Farantino was born Debrah Mullowney in Lucas Valley, California on September the 30th 1959. Whilst still at school she was spotted by a scout by the world famous Ford Model Agency and enjoyed a successful career travelling the world as a model. After attending UCLA she decided to become an actress. Her present surname comes from the fact that she was married to the veteran actor James Farentino for a number of years in the 80's.

Her first appearance on TV was in an episode of the William Shatner cop show TJ Hooker in 1984, she also appeared in NYPD Blue, Equal Justice, Earth 2, EZ Street, Total Security, Get Real, Wildfire, and can be seen this year in the Hit TV show Eli Stone.
